There are a lot of programs out there helping kids move, and Kid Relentless is happy to be among those motivating youth to be fit!

Thanks to all the parents who attended and Aubrey Whelan for the great piece!

Coffee’s for closers only.

Maybe you recognize that quote from a tour de force Alec Baldwin speech in the movie Glengarry Glen Ross.

It was directed at a member of the sales team that he was hired to motivate, implying that coffee can’t be had until a deal had been closed.

I’ll now direct the quote at you.

(Note: In a much less threatening manner than Alec Baldwin’s Blake character, a true a******, if there ever was one.)

Coffee’s for closers.

It’s closing time here at Relentless Transformation.

All the work you have put in – all of the fatigue, pain, and sweat– needs a strong close, an exclamation point.

Close it weakly and this will have been just another eight weeks.

Close it with strength and this will be yours to remember always.

I have the utmost faith in you. I am your absolute biggest fan.

It stands to reason that I expect the best from you.

In that spirit – when we sit down after Day Fifty-Six – how would you like your coffee?

Last November I developed a habit. I created a lengthy list of fitness focused blogs and every single day I read anything new that they had to offer. I then selected a handful of my favorite posts and list them here (with proper credit of course) as ‘Daily Fuel’.

A funny thing happened. Daily Fuel was no longer enough. It was time to create my own content and my own form of expression.

Enter Relentless TV. It’s something I am amazingly excited about and something I plan to grow to its fullest potential.

Why Relentless TV?

I firmly believe that you control you. You are responsible for what you see in the mirror each and every day.

That being said, I am a realist. Not everyone knows how to initiate physical change. Not everyone has a firm grasp on the building blocks of exercise and nutrition. Not everyone has an easy time staying motivated and setting positive goals for growth. There are obstacles that stand in the way of the ideal you.

Relentless TV is here to empower you. Its aim is to provide all the knowledge that you need to transform your body; it is equal parts exercise, nutrition, motivation, and ambition.

Things are about to get really exciting around these parts!

I hope to see you all over at Relentless TV – try an episode out and shoot me a comment!

When training for any sport there is always that ONE game, match, or meet that you train for all season long. Last weekend Joseph Kozlowski, a student of mine for several years, had his big event: The Trampoline National Championship.

From day one of this season Joe has had his eye on the prize. He overcame obstacles, injury, and illness and in the end he crushed his goal to become number 1 in the nation! Congratulations Joe and all the KMC trampoline team members, keep dreaming big and working hard.
