The mission of Relentless Fitness is to help you set and relentlessly pursue ideal goals, no matter what the challenges.

It is not your run-of-the-mill gym, and it knows no membership program.

The foundation of Relentless Fitness is built on individuality. It is all about you, your individual goals and your individual needs.

MEET ROGER

Roger Dickerman is the head adult trainer at Relentless Fitness. He holds ACE certifications as both a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, complementing a style that focuses on both mental and physical peak performance.

Roger offers several styles of training as part of the adult program:

  • Personal Training
  • Small Group Classes
  • Transformation Coaching
PERSONAL TRAINING

Roger not only trains individuals to achieve their maximum fitness/physical potential but strives for individuals to meet their mental potential as well. While you are working hard, Roger is right there with you every step of the way going above and beyond what one expects from their personal trainer.

Personal training is for those who want focused 1-on-1 time to train for their physical goals. Roger’s undivided attention, program planning and execution are devoted entirely to you.

Personal Training Rates:

  • 1-Hour Session: $75
  • 10 Pack 1-Hour Sessions: $600
  • 1/2-Hour Session: $40
  • 10 Pack 1/2-Hour Sessions: $300

Can two friends train together (commonly called a 2-Fit)? The answer is yes, and it can be a great way to progress with a training partner. I will plan 2-Fits on a case-by-case basis, and a 1-Hour session is $80.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Small group classes are a great way to experience a specific style of training with the camaraderie and support of a group. The majority of these classes are capped at a maximum of 8 people, a limit set to ensure that each participant receives a significant portion of Roger’s attention.

Two class types will be offered:

  • Standard Format – These classes are main-stays on the schedule, and you can expect to see them each week. Sign-up for these classes anytime (as long as they do not reach their max!). Examples are Aggressive Abs/Core and Bootcamp.
  • Specialized Format – These are 4, 6 or 8-week programs that hit the schedule to train with specific modalities for specific purposes. Sign-up for the complete program ahead of time. Army Ranger Training sign-up is open now!

TRANSFORMATION COACHING

Roger understands how hard the journey is, but he is supremely good at breaking down barriers, eliminating excuses, and making the path clear and open so that making those healthy choices is just a little bit easier.

Transformation coaching is Roger’s ultimate passion. It is a Relentless approach to defining an individual’s ideal and using the full spectrum of physical (fitness and nutrition), mental, and lifestyle to meet that ideal.

Registration at Relentless Fitness is simple. It consists of a simple form and a one-time $20 insurance fee.

TEAM RELENTLESS

Remember – this is not your run-of-the-mill gym. When you register at Relentless Fitness, as a training client, a class participant, or a Transformer, you become a part of Team Relentless.

The Team is all about extending the Relentless Fitness experience beyond just a studio.

Team Relentless ran Broad Street together in 2009 and continues to add Events to its schedule.

Team Relentless also has a brand-spanking new private Members home, complete with:
