Introducing Relentless TV!

By Roger Dickerman

I am extremely excited to officially introduce Relentless TV to the Relentless Fitness community (that means you)!

Relentless TV is an expansion of my philosophies as a personal fitness trainer. Its foundation is my core belief of Intentional Living. In summation: if you take full responsibility of your actions and put proper education behind those actions, you will achieve anything you want.

You can expect to find an ever-evolving medley of fitness, nutrition, motivation, and ambition within episodes of Relentless TV. Here is the latest: Episode #10: Defeating Procrastination.

Relentless TV is a show made for you, and I encourage you to get involved (in fact, it wouldn’t be the same without you):

With your help and for your benefit, I look forward to taking my training to new heights well beyond the studio’s walls. Enjoy!

How was your Relentless Transformation?

By Roger Dickerman

An unbelievably inspiring community of 16 individuals recently passed through the Relentless Transformation, kicking off on Monday, January 4th and ending on Sunday, March 28th.

At the closing Transformation celebration, to commend the community’s efforts, we had the chance to recap the experience and speak to 6 of the participants:

  • Beth Finn – Dropped 20 pounds and completed a half marathon
  • Erica Hildendbrand – Reached performance based goals and gained healthy lifestyle habits
  • Jen Goldfarb – Dropped 30.4 pounds and ran 2 miles for the first time in her life
  • Kevin Maguire – Fully rehabbed an injured shoulder, dropped significant bodyfat, and achieved discipline through the Transformation structure
  • Rob Stein – Dropped 24 pounds, improved running from a difficult 5 minutes to over 30 minutes
  • Shawn Langdon – Dropped 34.8 pounds, 15.2% bodyfat, and between 2-3 pant sizes

These constitute a handful of the Transformation success stories.  Not caught on video, but still extraordinary, were Carl, Cathy, Jess, Kevin G., Kevin S., Nem, Marissa, Megan, Melissa, and Samantha.

I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to guide such an inspiring collection of people, who gave just as much (if not more) to me as I did to them. I like to say that I executed only a critical 1% to their 99%.

The next Transformation will begin on Monday, June 7th. Learn more…
