Classes
The core is a passion here at Relentless Fitness. From everyday posture to high level sports performance, it is a phenomenal asset.
Core conditioning will be a comprehensive program targeting upper abs, lower abs, obliques, transverse abdominals, and the lower back. The program will use a wide variety of modalities, including the TRX band, cables, kettlebells, resistance bands, bosu/stability balls, and medicine balls.
Weekly Class Schedule:
- Monday, 8PM – 8:30PM
- Tuesday, 7:30AM – 8:00AM
- Tuesday, 7:00PM – 7:30PM
- Wednesday, 7:00PM – 7:30PM
- Thursday, 8:00PM – 8:30PM
- Friday, 7:30AM – 8:00AM
Class Length: 30 Minutes

- Single Class: $10
- 5-Pack Classes: $40
Class times will expand with demand, so let your voice be heard. The goal is to make this a 5-day program with both morning and night slots.
